Executive Coaching Based on Real Life Perspective
For over 30 years, I held positions of increasing responsibility in both non-profit and corporate organizations, most recently as the COO of an environmental research organization, a position I held for nearly a decade.
Over the years, I've developed expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, team supervision, project management, group dynamics, messaging, and human resources.
I’m intimately familiar with the areas with which many leaders struggle:
-
Managing conflict
-
Finding work life balance
-
Carving time for strategic planning
-
Moving from a reactive to proactive stance
-
Developing good communication skills
-
Mastering time management
-
Reducing stress
-
Managing burnout
-
Mentoring and encouraging staff and teams
-
Honing leadership skills
I have a deep and personal understanding of what it’s like to be one of very few women in a male-dominated workspace. Along the way, I’ve learned many skills to navigate these waters and achieve the things important to me.
My coaching is informed by all of these things, and more.
